European Society of Sleep Technologists

On behalf of the board of the ESST, I would like to ask you to support our Society.

The European Society of Sleep Technologists (ESST) has as its main goal the promotion of all aspects of sleep research in terms of technologies. The society aims to

· increase communication between sleep laboratories in different European countries;
· contribute to standardization of criteria for polysomnographic techniques and analysis as interaction between different laboratories;
· contribute to standardization of educational curriculum for sleep technologists;
· support the recognition of the profession of technologists internationally;
· organize symposia in conjunction with the ESRS meeting.

In order to keep entrance to membership of our society free of charge, we are depending on gifts from our sponsors to cover the costs of our society. With your support we will be able to present and update the ESST website (www.esst.org), and to organize the 9th ESST meeting in September 2008 during the ESRS congress in Glasgow.
